When we hear the word Egg fry it sounds pretty simple and almost not worth mentioning. Well it is simple but once you have it you will like to mention about it atleast once.
Its my Go-to lunch item at any rainy day or feeling-blue day because its simple,quick and guilt free. Lets dig in then..
Ingredients:
1 hard boiled egg
1 medium onion (cut into thin slices)
4 cloves of garlic
5-6 green chilly (slit in half)
3 tea spoon oil
2 tea spoon of coriander leaves
A little more than a pinch of turmeric
Salt to taste
1/2 tea spoon of crushed pepper corn if you like it to be more hot
Preparation:
Heat the pan and put little oil to sautee the bolied egg with a dash of salt and turmeric. it gives a golden hue to the surface of the egg. Keep it aside and pour the onions and crushed garlic and slit chillies. Add salt and turmeric and sautee everything till the vegetables become soft and mixed properly. Thats it! Sprinkle pepper and coriander leaves and of course the egg. Give it a stir for a minute and there you go with phulkas or paranthas or even with white rice.
Your mood will be uplifted immediately.
